E COS’È L’ORTO BRUSCO?
Erba Brusca è anche un’attivita agricola.
L’orto di circa 4.000 mq si trova a 50mt dal ristorante, svoltando l’angolo, ed è lì che vanghiamo la terra, piantiamo i semi, raccogliamo con pazienza e cura la maggior parte delle verdure che trovate nel menu della settimana, nel menu del delivery e per le Farmer’s Box che vi consegnamo a casa.
